Morongo Valley Social Club
In 2003, the Morongo Valley Social Club Inc., MVSC, formed to continue the social support to organizations in Morongo Valley and the Hi Desert. The Club operates a Thrift Shop Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Once a month, there is a food event with games afterward. The next one is March 13th from 6 to 8 PM for soup, cornbread and deserts followed by games. The last Thursday of the month is Bunco which costs $6 and munchies. Other events are planned throughout the year. Several Organizations utilize the Club’s facilities: AA daily from 6-7 AM, NA every Wednesday evening from 6-7, CODA every Monday evening from 7-8, MVTRA the second at 7:30 PM and the Readers every Sunday afternoon. MVSC board meets the third Thursday at 2 PM at the Club. Contact: Leona at 363-6407.
